Our Advising Packages

Every student’s academic journey is unique, and sometimes a standard roadmap does not quite fit the situation at hand. While we have outlined our core services to cover the most common milestones of the university experience, we are always happy to design an individualized advising package tailored to your student's specific needs, timeline, and goals. If you do not see exactly what you are looking for, simply book a complimentary Fit Call, and we can build a custom plan together.
60 Minutes
A focused, one-time deep dive. We will review your transcripts together via screen-share to map out transfer prerequisites, evaluate major choices, integrate study abroad options, or untangle a specific academic roadblock.
Three 60-Minute Sessions
Steady, ongoing accountability aligned with the academic calendar. This comprehensive package includes a Start-of-Term strategy session to set goals, a Mid-Term triage check-in to provide reality checks, and a Pre-Finals session to plan for the upcoming registration period.
60 Minutes (Within 24–48 Hours)
Universities move quickly. For time-sensitive academic crises—such as an unexpectedly dropped class, an immediate change of major, or a looming deadline—this option bypasses our standard scheduling window to secure a priority virtual session.

15 Minutes
Finding the right mentor is a deeply personal decision. This brief, no-pressure virtual introduction allows us to sit down together, discuss your family's unique goals, and ensure our advising style is the right match for the journey ahead.
Practice Policies
To ensure we can provide the highest level of attention to every student at our virtual desk, we ask families to review our practice boundaries before booking.

We require a full 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Because our sessions are strictly web-based, you can easily adjust your time with a single click via your confirmation email. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the session fee.

Our advising is rooted in the time and strategic expertise we share during our sessions. Therefore, once a virtual session has been completed, the fee is non-refundable. For the Semester Success Package, if you wish to withdraw after the first session, we will happily prorate and refund the amount for any remaining unused sessions.

To maintain strict ethical guidelines and institutional integrity, we strictly do not accept or advise current or prospective UC Berkeley students.

We provide the roadmap, the translation of university bureaucracy, and unwavering support. However, we do not complete or evaluate coursework or essays, or write or submit forms or applications on behalf of the student.
